I have been intrigued by real estate since high school. In order to get the ball rolling I started reading many books on the subject, which ultimately helped me understand the concepts, strategies, and language used within the industry. I have spent countless hours educating myself through the words and writings of the nation’s top real estate teachers, speakers, authors, and local experts.

Once I arrived to The Ohio State in 1997 I made it a point to talk to about anyone I could about their property, their successes, and failures. By doing this it enabled me to see the habits and philosophies lived by those successful in real estate. I have learned that these are values we can all live by and be successful.

Once I completed my educational career at The Ohio State University I had graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. (+30hrs.) in School Psychology. A background in School Psychology has allowed me to develop exceptional consultation skills as well as strong problem solving skills. These skills are vital to successfully closing real estate deals that become win/win situation for my clients.

As an entrepreneur, I own a landscaping business and rental properties. I also provide full scale property management services for many of my clients. My real estate expertise extends into property investment and management, cash flow analysis, and buy and hold wealth building strategies. I also possess strong skills in conventional and creative financing techniques, as well as personal debt reduction. These skill sets help me to be a valuable resource for those seeking success in their real estate transactions.

I enjoy working with buyers and property investors and watching them start or continue a career in real estate. If done correctly I still believe real estate is the best investment available to us in any market, whether it is through a 1st time home purchase or sale or from a long term investment.
